Return & Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is accepted, we will share return instructions and details on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn items

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges

For exchanges, the fastest option is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the required item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will also let you know whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
